IT Sales Representative

Position: IT Sales Specialist
Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the IT industry

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Expertise: Leverage your extensive sales experience to drive revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing deals.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IT products, particularly in the following areas:
Watchguard or Equivalent UTM: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Watchguard or equivalent Unified Threat Management (UTM), EPDR/EDR and MFA solutions
APC: Articulate the benefits of APC’s power protection and management solutions.
Lenovo: Highlight Lenovo’s cutting-edge hardware offerings.
Aruba or Equivalent: Showcase your expertise in networking solutions. Knowledge of Aruba products is advantageous.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities.
Solution Selling: Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions that align with their requirements

Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure using our proprietary Sales Pipeline management tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in the IT sector.
Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with WatchGuard or equivalent UTM solutions, APC power products, Lenovo hardware, and Aruba networking equipment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Networking Skills: You’re comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
